We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to David at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check-in, making our arrival even smoother. The restaurant was excellent, with a delicious and varied menu, and the breakfast selection was especially impressive—plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The restaurant staff were also amazing, always friendly and attentive, making every meal an enjoyable experience. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall great experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

The location is really good, just 5 mins driving from the airport and the beach is just across a street. The breakfast is amazing, and the room is really large and clean. The view from the balcony is extremely impressive, but the best part of the hotel is their service. The gentleman at the reception offered me to change a room when I found there’s something wrong with the lock in the previous room, and the lady helped me to book a taxi to the airport in the early morning and also offer me some breakfast to bring with me. Everything is perfect and I highly recommend this hotel!

Checked in online before arriving so check in at the hotel was quick.We were offered a welcome drink so we had a lovely cava,Paulina was lovely and very welcoming.We were given our room key(which is made of wood,we loved this)and and directed to our room.The hotel smelt beautiful,we were first floor with a sea view,beautiful room,very clean,massive shower,very comfortable bed,mini bar which we didn't use,plenty of storage and hangers,free WiFi,air con and safe....Breakfast is complimentary and it was amazing,so much to choose from and beautifully presented.We checked out and left our bags in luggage to collect later.Ideally situated on the main strip with lots of eating places around,bars and bike hire.

Excellent location easy to find the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgable Got our room ready early it was clean and well equipped The shower was super powerful Easy check in easy check out Restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and lunch, was not open for dinner as not that many people around this time of year but the menu was varied Lots of restaurants near by but this time of year some are shut on certain days and shut early A number of supermarkets near by Lovely beach lovely walk along the prom could walk to palmer 35 bus 5 minutes walk €2 per journey in cash to palmer pretty town lots of history lots of shopping

Newly decorated , location was good . Direct seaview location and we found free parking on the road nearby . Lots of lovely restaurants nearby . Good beach in front of the hotel . And a tram for the unable to walk to far to take you along the parade .

Great location for a late arriving flight (and noise levels were good despite being quite near the airport), and it was right by the beach. Clean and pleasant little hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Room was spacious and the sea view balcony was great. Quality bathroom products provided. Breakfast was good. Although the price was high due to its location, for the standard of this hotel compared to the standard and cost of other options in the area it was good value for money.

Great views overlooking the beach from the balcony, clean and comfortable room. Brilliant breakfast spread and dinner options. Perfect location, just a 25min ride into Palma city on the bus. Staff friendly and always helpful - David especially - thank you. Would recommend for sure.

Friendly welcoming staff, cosy and crystal clean rooms. Good location hotel is in front of beach which is very clean. 10 minutes drive to Palma center by car. Good restaurants and Palma aquarium nearby

Location is outstanding - just steps to the beach. Tons of little shops and restaurants nearby so there's no lack of things to do in the area. Palma city and the airport are also super easy bus rides away. Room was clean and plenty of space for 1 person, but may have been a bit tight for two. Bed was actually very comfortable. Welcome Cava was also a nice touch.

We stay on the 5th floor, terrace overlooking the sea .Everything perfect even if there were some small minor defects in the room ,Something important to specify , if you stay for more than 5 days, you must know that breakfast is the same every day ,So for more then 5 days you got bored of the same breakfast . Refrigerator in the room, Smart TV Air conditioning Daily cleaning .Everything was perfect.It deserves a grade of 9.5
